PRACTICE HISTORY
The practice was started by Italo Lupini in 1969 and presently operates under the style of LUPINI ARCHITECTS with Italo Lupini and Lionel Dick as the present shareholders.
Renaissance Architects was conceived and registered in November 2001 in order to empower the longstanding employees of LUPINI ARCHITECTS as well as to generate a fresh new look into the aspect of Architecture within the contracting business in South Africa. The company is backed financially and professionally operated by Lupini Architects, which has been in business for 33 years.
There are two principal partners of LUPINI ARCHITECTS namely Lionel Dick holding 30% and Italo Lupini holding 70%.
The practice presently operates out of a studio, which was developed from a 1930’s church building in Melville.
